QISAN can call upon consultants from around the world to advise on bidding for major multi million dollar projects through THE WORLD BANK, International Bank For Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), The International Development Agency (IDA), The Inter American Bank (IDB), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), United Nations, Euroasia Link, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the EU.

Most of the funded projects are related to either education or educational reform, health, environment or public administration and policy. QISAN can assist you gain access to these projects in several ways:

• Investigation of new projects with regular updating to clients on latest developments relating to their stated field of interest
• Identification of new prospects working to a defined brief of targeted services, products and countries
• Representative work on behalf of the client to a network of key officials of the funding bodies to maintain a high client profile
• Organise a series of presentations in Washington (DC) and/or Manila to country desk and field officials of the funding bodies

Many of the opportunities open to educational institutions encourage consortia to be set up compromising institutions from different countries.
