The University of Northwest Europe is a private international non-profit organisation with legal personality incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands. The University is a private higher education provider awarding its university own degrees and qualifications under statutory power and under double agreements and validation approvals jointly with other awarding bodies and universities. UNorthwest is accredited by ASIC U.K.
UNorthwest offers certificate, diploma and degree programmes at professional, undergraduate and postgraduate levels either through established courses and curricula, or individually tailored and updated curricula via innovative learning strategies and distance learning in the following fields of study:

The principal objectives of the university are:
To provide a specialized, high quality education as preparation for professional positions in social professions, business and industry.
To use traditional and modern instructional techniques and technology to the best advantage in the delivery system so as to enhance and enrich students’ achievements for their educational and career goals.
To offer educational programs, both on-campus and distance learning, to students of all nationalities worldwide.
To explore the frontier of knowledge through independent research, as well as in collaboration with other entities in business or education having similar goals.
To undertake such programs and activities as are essential to or supportive of the achievement of the above listed objectives.
Personnel staffing includes the President, Executive President & Provost, two Deputies, a Rector and three Vice Rectors, Admissions & Counselling Staff as well as some 38 Faculty staff.
Residential settings were launched in the famous historical Abbey Rolduc located in Kerkrade (NL). Here the University houses administrative offices as well as lecture and conference facilities. Complete room and board services for students are also available. Rolduc, with its comprehensive range of facilities, provides an inspiring backdrop for any meeting, lecture, or conference. The Abbey complex has 16 conference rooms with capacities varying from 10 to 450 persons. At Rolduc we have a campus library, and a wide range of audio-visual aids available. Complete room and board services and a car park for students are also available.
